You will see a table with all the fields from your MailerLite account listed in the first column under MailerLite Field.
In the second column under Contact Form 7 Field, there is a dropdown menu for each MailerLite field. This dropdown contains all the fields from your Contact Form 7 form, allowing you to map them accordingly.
Once you’ve mapped all the relevant fields, simply save your settings. This will ensure that any form submissions are sent to the correct fields in your MailerLite account.
